The Department of Electrical Engineering Education (DPTE) remains committed to supporting the enhancement of faculty research capacity through various training sessions and workshops. One of these efforts was realized through the ScoRBA Training (A Scoping Review and Bibliometric Analysis), held over two days on Tuesday-Wednesday, January 21-22, 2025, at the Robotics Lab, IDB Building, DPTE, 1st Floor.
The training featured Dr. Adi Wijaya from Universitas Indonesia Maju as the main speaker, who shared his expertise and experience in using ScoRBA to support academic research, particularly in developing scientific articles, conducting scoping reviews, and performing bibliometric analyses.
Running from 08:30 AM to 4:00 PM (WIB), the training was conducted intensively, providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of both basic and advanced techniques in utilizing ScoRBA. The materials covered effective strategies for identifying current research trends, expanding the scope of literature reviews, and improving the quality of scientific articles to meet publication standards in reputable journals.
The training was attended by lecturers from the Mechatronics Engineering Education Study Program, which is part of the Department of Electrical Engineering Education. The participation of faculty members from different study programs fostered academic collaboration within DPTE and encouraged synergy in the development of broader and more impactful research initiatives.
Active participation in this training represents a strategic step in promoting a strong research culture within the academic environment while simultaneously boosting high-quality research productivity.
